It used to save my day when I’d lost weight and ruined my day when I’d gained weight. When I started training, I wanted to weigh 50 kilograms and I know many women who want that. This weight is not good for everyone. Everyone should find out their optimal weight for themselves. Just for comparison: Even in my fittest times I weighed 68 kilograms.”
