Students interested in applying for a scholarship can now enroll in the 1st edition of 2023 of the University for All Program (ProUni). The registration period started today, February 28th, and ends on March 3rd.

To register, the student must enter the Single Portal for Access to Higher Education (Single Access). Then click on ProUni website.
Afterwards, the candidate must fill in data on per capita family income and indicate the competition option. Finally, applicants must inform up to two course/shift/institution options in order of selection preference.
ProUni offers 288,112 full or partial scholarships to private universities throughout Brazil. See the breakdown of vacancies below:

Who can enroll in ProUni?
For enroll in ProUni 2023/1 the candidate must have taken the Enem 2021 or the Enem 2022 and having scored above zero in the essay.
In addition to participating in the Enem, it is necessary to have a maximum income of one and a half minimum wages per capita (per person) for 100% scholarships or up to three minimum wages for 50% scholarships.
Candidates will be selected at ProUni according to the order of priority listed below:

Teacher of the public education network, exclusively, for teaching and pedagogy courses aimed at training teachers in basic education, if applicable and if there are those enrolled in this situation;

Candidate who studied all of high school in public schools;

Student who attended high school partly at a public school and partly at a private institution, as a full scholarship holder at the respective institution;

Applicant who studied high school partially in a public school and partially in a private institution, as a partial scholarship holder of the respective institution or without the condition of a scholarship holder;

Student who attended high school entirely in a private institution, as a full scholarship holder of the respective institution;

Candidate who studied high school entirely in a private institution, as a partial scholarship holder of the respective institution or without the condition of scholarship holder.

Results and Waiting List
The ProUni 2023/1 result will be published on March 7. Selected candidates must prove the information provided at the time of registration by March 16th.
The second call will be released on March 21. In this case, proof of data must be completed by March 30.
Anyone who is not selected in the two regular ProUni calls can express interest on the waiting list on April 5th and 6th. The result will come out on April 10th.
The proof of information will be carried out from April 10 to 19. The registration of the approval or disapproval of the pre-selected candidate on the waiting list will be from April 20th to May 2nd.
